Su campo de acci\u00f3n abarca la corriente administrativa, considerando la producci\u00f3n y el recorrido del documento dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite; adem\u00e1s, el plazo precaucional y su disposici\u00f3n final, que puede ser la conservaci\u00f3n permanente o su eliminaci\u00f3n.
